Welcome to comfortable and private 2BHK Airport Home, located in a peaceful Colony just 8 minutes from International Airport.This is our family home, originally built around 2000. While it is not a newly constructed luxury home, it is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared to provide a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a modern luxury property, this may not be the right fit. However, if you value cleanliness, convenience, and excellent value for money, we’d love to host you.

The space
This is an independent 2-bedroom house located approximately 5 km from Hyderabad Airport, making it an excellent choice for early morning flights, late-night arrivals, or short family stays.

Although the house is older, we continuously maintain and upgrade it. The bathrooms are not modern in design, but they are clean, functional, and hygienic. We have invested considerable effort in ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Food delivery is easy with Swiggy and Zomato available in the area.

Our neighbourhood is a quiet residential Housing Board Colony with friendly neighbours and a peaceful atmosphere. It is an ideal location for airport transit guests, families, business travellers, and small groups.

Swiggy and Zomato delivery services are available at the villa. Instant grocery delivery platforms such as Blinkit and Zepto may not currently serve this location, so guests are advised to purchase essential groceries, medicines and other necessities before arrival.

Please select the correct number of guests before making your booking. Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the villa. Additional guests or visitors are not allowed without prior approval from the host and may incur extra charges.

• Please respect the peaceful residential community and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

• Loud parties, DJs and activities that disturb neighbours are strictly not permitted.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

• Limited alcohol consumption is allowed inside the villa only, provided it is responsible and does not cause any disturbance to neighbours.

• Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately to the relevant authorities.

• Please switch off lights, air conditioners and other electrical appliances when not in use.

• Kindly take care of the furniture, kitchen equipment and all amenities. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Children should use the lift only under adult supervision

Important: Bachelor parties and stag groups are strictly not allowed. Our properties are best suited for families, business travellers, and guests seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay. If your purpose of travel is a party or celebration, we kindly request that you choose a different property.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. This includes:

• Entire 2-bedroom independent house
• Living room
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Two bathrooms (one attached and one common)
• Private parking space within the premises
• Small front sit-out/garden area (if applicable)

The property is completely private and is not shared with anyone else. You can enjoy the house at your own pace with complete privacy.

Self check-in or assisted check-in will be provided depending on your arrival time. We will share the location and check-in instructions before your arrival.

* Government-issued ID is required for all adult guests.
* Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM as the property is located in a peaceful residential community.
* Small family gatherings are welcome, but loud parties, excessive noise, DJ systems, and events are not permitted.
* Strictly no illegal activities, drugs, or unlawful behaviour on the property.
* Please treat the home with the same care and respect you would your own.
