Auguière East, house in the heart of the vineyards

The house is air-conditioned and fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
It can accommodate up to 4 people, so it is ideal for a family or romantic stay.

The living room, with its outside access, is equipped with a sofa bed in 140cm offering 2 additional beds.
You have access to a television and a free Wifi connection.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped (oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine).
We provide on request coffee machine, teapot and other kitchen utensils (request to be made before your stay).

You will also find a snack area with bar chairs to enjoy your meals in small groups.

The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

The house has a bedroom with a 140cm bed.

Finally, you can enjoy an outdoor space equipped with a beautiful terrace with a pergola, which allows you to dine outside even when the weather is not good, an outdoor table and a plancha that will be perfect for your grills.
Two sunbeds are at your disposal to relax under the southern sun.

You have a parking space in front of the house. A fixed price of 50€ is applied for the electric vehicles.

Please note that sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay are not included in the price of your stay.
