“Not super friendly staff. Moderate place to stay. Gym and lobby were nice.”

“Easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Large spacious rooms.”

“We stayed in a king bedroom unit. It was more than generous in size. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. It was easy off and on to the highway. The pet fee was reasonable too. It looked recently updated. The tile floor in the entryway of the room didn't look the cleanest. Looked like the mop water was dirty. But overall it was good and we'll stay again.”

“The room had a horrible smell. The guy at the desk walked me to the rooms and he said it smelled bad. I had to go 75 miles to get another room. I had my family with me and I couldn't put them in that horrible room.”

“Will stay there again.”

“I can’t stop raving about this place! From the views to cleanliness to the convenience in location. This is my new favorite hotel & will be my go to every time I’m in town! For SURE!”

“Clean, quiet, safe hotel. Lots of places to eat close by. Very comfortable bed. Coin laundry in hotel.”

“Fantastic”

“Loved our stay in Jeffersonville. Close to restaurants and the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory. Autumn was amazing!!”

“Clean room nice breakfast”

“Very nice and accommodating staff. Nice rooms for the money. Really enjoyed my stay.”

“Checked in at 4 on a Saturday and there was only one desk clerk. Brittany was awesome but was drowning as she was by herself. Cleaning staff didn’t have the rooms ready for not just us but multiple others. We didn’t get into our room until an hour after arriving at the hotel. When booking, a bar was listed as an amenity. It is not open. There is a little bar behind the hotel called Ott’s. If you want a beverage locally check them out.”
