fattigt frukost, klev man i rummet kändes en sort lukt som inte alls kändes bra, vad jag gjorde lät fönstret vara halv öppet och stängde ordentligt toalett och dusch dörren.

The free breakfast was horrible! Food was old, just heated, nothing fresh! Food hair in the bacon. For a 5 star hotel, the breakfast needs to be much better. A lot of the amenities from previous years have been taken out. The room needs a renovation, old furniture, used, out-dated. The shower water was warm not hot. Not what I remember Pleiada to be. The room prices have gone up, but the service has gone down!

Nice and modern, one of the best in the city hotel. Breakfast is surprisingly weak. Understanding that hotel first should generate revenue, however such poor variety and even quantity especially fruits and sweets is not up to the 5*. Fruit flies (!).

Ok hotel, utrolig dårlig morgenmad på et 5* hotel
Hotellet er som udgangspunkt et flot og velholdt hotel. Det ligger et stykke fra centrum. Der var flere småting som hang løse på værelset, men samlet set ok. Morgenmaden havde et ok udvalg. Den varme del af morgenmaden var koldt, ligegyldigt hvornår vi spiste, nævnte det overfor personalet, dog uden store ændringer. Det er meget ærgerligt at spise kolde kartofler, pølser, kylling og mozzarella sticks. Kaffen var lunken, men til gengæld var juicen varm. Der var mange børn der løb rundt og legede og larmede under morgenmaden og rundt på gangene. Dette er som udgangspunkt ikke et problem, dog forventes dette ikke på et 5* hotel

First time at his hotel
Hotel is lovely although a little bit away from Iasi centre, good staff, very clean, good rooms and has a nice spa. However, disappointed with the restaurant- I booked table for 10 to treat my management team. We were put in a basement room next to spa, very poor ambiance, mix of piano entertainment and a table guys watching football very loud, not a pub and and not a cocktail lounge - just dissapointing. Food was only average even though someone had recommended it as being excellent. Service was good though. I have been staying in Iasi since mid year but 1st time in this hotel as location was not convenient- I may try it again in the new year. Perhaps Christmas was not best time to visit the restaurant.

Le personnel est au top l’hôtel est magnifique le spa est royal le restaurant est bon les chambres sont magnifiques le seul hic c’est la sonorisation on entend l’autoroute et quand il y a des concerts de musique. Par contre en ce qui concerne la manager ou la directrice je ne sais pas. Elle est très professionnel.

I booked a room with 2 beds and it was very small. Also the bathroom was small with a shower only and a very bad odor. I was thinking that is a 5 start resort only to gind out that my room was 2 starr.
