Dear Katrina, Thank you for taking the time reviewing your experience at our hotel. We believe is absolutely UNFAIR you describe your experience at Sa Talaia as stressful and doesn´t describe the reality. Firs of all, we ALL LOVE ANIMALS. At our hotel we love to prepare our guests arrivals and needs, but you didn´t advise us you were coming with your dog. You didn´t give us the option to prepare a room with direct access to our garden so your dog could enjoy nature. I must say, your dog kept on barking all the time whilst you were out of the hotel, you made other guest´s stay very stressful when your dog kept on barking when staying alone in the wrong room. Believe us as we say we have permited you to stay with your dog although you didn´t follow the rules (we must maintain a balace with guests loving pets and guests who are alergic or simply don´t want to hear a dog barking all the time). We want to make clear that we DO LOVE DOGS and that is the reason why many guests enjoy Ibiza bringing their pets along with them. We are very sorry if you have felt uncomfortable, but we haven´t done anything wrong, In fact we accepted your reservation although you didn´t contact the hotel as is shown in the “pet friendly” section of our website. If by any chance you decide to return we will love to welcome you back and please inform us next time prior your arrival so we can welcome you and your dog. Best regards, The A. S. Team

Dear Ali, We are very sorry your experience wasn´t as expected. As you have been informed during your booking process, our reception is open from 08:00hrs until 23:00hr, after that we count with security, person who has helped you to manage your check in. Also, in our official website as well as in our APP the timings are clearly showed. In addition, you haven´t advised the hotel of your late arrival (it would have been appreciated to receive a message from you, a phone call or an email). Pleased accept our apologies if your arrival wasnt´the most pleasent. We don´t agree you have waited for an hour, our reception has never been abandoned. Best regards.
