Hola, Lamentamos que su estancia en nuestros apartamentos haya sido tan desagradable. Le animo a que la próxima vez que le ocurra esto en cualquier establecimiento avise a recepción para que pueda tomar medidas, debe entender que si no tenemos constancia de nada de esto es imposible poder ponerle una solución. Durante su estancia no obtuvimos ninguna queja por ruido por su parte, ni por la parte de otros huéspedes. Para nosotros solucionar algo que no sabemos es imposible. Esperamos que al menos, hayan disfrutado de la isla y hayan tenido un buen viaje de vuelta a casa. Un saludo de parte de todo el equipo.

We are sorry to hear that you did not like the apartment, and that you heard noises (sometimes in Ibiza is difficult to control the noise the environment may produce). About the main woman at the staff, we (and also is told in most of the comments we receive) think that is a very helpful and polite person, as much as al the staff that is always willing to help and make you stay like at home. But we all can have a bad day. About the point concerning the situation, we are located between Ibiza town and Playa den Bossa, where all the leisure facilities are. It is a 15 min walk in both ways and also there is the bus line that conects all the points in the area stopping down the apartments. In the other hand, we are glad you appreciated the cleaning service and the supermarket under the apartments. Kind Regards from the Mc apartments staff.

El personal de la empresa hizo todo lo posible para solucionarlo, ayudando a tramitar la denuncia, pero lamentamos mucho que no nos podamos hacer responsables de los objetos robados en el apartamento.
