Badeferien
Die moderne Villa von Alex hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Der Treffpunkt, das ein- und auschecken sowie die Kommunikation mit Alex war sehr unkompliziert. Dank der zentralen Lage konnten wir mit dem Mietauto viele Strände und Ortschaften auf der ganzen Insel erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great traditional rural villa!
First of all, Alex is a great host with a villa to match! We stayed for 10 days and had a lovely time - the outside pool is great, and the villa has a modernised tradition feel! We went with our 4 children (23 to 15) who enjoyed both the villa and the nightlight of Ibiza! The villa is rural, up an interesting road, but within minutes of a Sant Rafel and easy access to almost everywhere! To be very transparent we’re delighted with our choice!

Magic Mansion
From start to finish we were only talking about how nice the place was. Even when we were in the city (or somewhere else) we were longing for the swimming pool, the magic mansion and the peace and quiet. The barbeque was a big YES. We already recommended the place to various friends and family, but they have to invite us if they go, jajajaja. Thank you again for everything Alex, you will hear from us in the future.

Beautiful villa, but secondary problems
The villa itself is very nice. Everything you want is in it. Including airco, dishwasher, washing machine, excellent (salt water) pool with jacuzzi. Located on a nice private location in the middle of the island That was also one of the reasons why we choose this villa. We really value privacy. Now let me tell you upfront that the owner is a nice guy who responds well to whatsapp messages. But we have made it pretty clear that we do not like unannounced visits. Nevertheless this happened 3 times during our stay. 2 times his father (who owns the piece of land adjacent to the villa, but uses the villas gate to get there) and 1 time the owner himself. The women in our group did not feel happy about this (most sunbathe topless) and it gave a foul taste in our mouth. Last but not least: the last night we partied a bit hard. Damages were made and acknowledged. We have told the owner that we would not mind paying for the damaged items. However owner went directly to VRBO and demanded the maximum amount they could charge on the CC. Luckily things don't work like that.

Dear Jeroen, we are sorry for the inconvenience for my appearance to clean the pool and my father to start the water engine to irrigate his garden outside the house. I always notice that I will come to clean the pool and I have never had complaints, it is something necessary for maintenance. Regarding the deposit we have not had other remedy to retain it completely. Vrbo has bills for the burnt table that you didn't even communicate, bills for the towels with which you cleaned the floor and the paint we bought to paint the walls dotted with drink as a result of your party. In five years it is the first time we charge a Deposit, I think it is perfect that you enjoy your holidays, but in Ibiza everything is NOT allowed.

Fabelhaftes Haus mit tollen Pool
Überaus freundlicher Gastgeber Alex hat uns im benachbarten Ort Sant Rafael begrüßt, uns zum Haus geleitet und alles erklärt. Wirklich ein ganz tolles Haus, schön hergerichtet und toller Pool. Die Lage eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Touren auf der Insel, sowohl mit dem E-Bike als auch mit dem Auto (15 Minuten nach Eivissa und 10 min. nach Sant Antoni). Den Außensitzplatz mit Grill und Spüle haben wir auch sehr genossen.

Tolle Finca
Das Anwesen ist in jeder Hinsicht phantastisch geplant. Alles ist so eingerichtet, dass man einen wunderbaren Urlaub erleben kann. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (spitzen Kaffemaschine, scharfe Messer, riesiger Kühl-und Gefrierschrank), alles ist übersichtlich und sehr komfortabel. Zusätzlich ein Wasch- und Vorratsraum. Der Pool ist groß und richtig gut zum schwimmen und die Sitzecke mit Grill einfach schön. Die Betten sind bequem wer nicht gerne sehr weich liegt. Der Weg zur Finca ist allerdings typisch steinig. Kleiner Tipp am Rande: wenn man den Kühlschrank öffnet,berührt die Tür versehentlich den Lichtschalter für die Beleuchtung draußen. ;)

Perfect if you want to be for your own
This is really a perfect place, if you want to be for your own. The next Finca is about 200 meters far away, so you can do whatever you want or just chill and have fun in the great pool. Alex is really a great host, he is trying everything that you feel comftable. For us it was the perfect stay in Ibiza. Also we had no problems with the Taxi it was always there in about 20-30 Minutes. Thank you Alex! :)

Lovely villa!
We had an amazingly relaxing break in this lovely villa in a quiet location. The finish and cleanliness is as it looks in the photos - which is obviously not always the case- and Alex (our host) could not have been more helpful, including some excellent restaurant suggestions.

The house is a charmingly restored country villa, with everything you need, immaculately looked after and very clean. A Fabulous Find
I can’t wait to go back! This villa is in the most beautiful, peaceful location with stunning countryside views all around. The owner Alex and his wife have recently renovated the property to a high standard and it has everything you could wish for. Excellent showers with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds and ample storage. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and well equipped. The property is remote but safe with electric gates and an alarm system. You’ll need a car when staying here but all amenities are only a ten minute drive away. The pool area is gorgeous and is as shown in the pictures with an area to barbecue and shaded outdoor dining area. Alex could not have been more helpful, he guided us to the property from town and helped with taxis when needed. I highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic Stay in August 2020
We had a 9 night stay booked in February which after lots of flight changes and uncertainty due to COVID 19 we finally arrived on August 13th. Alex (Villa Owner) was very helpful all the way through the booking procedure and offered us a full refund if we had not been able to fly but luckily we did! The villa is situated in beautiful countryside in a quiet area of Ibiza and is furnished to a very high standard with all new appliances right down to the built in coffee maker! Air con in the bedrooms is perfect for the hot nights and the pool is fabulous in the day with a shallow area and steps down in to the deeper part which our children loved to play in. The villa is centrally located in the Island so all the beaches are only 20 mins drive away by car. All in all a brilliant stay and we will be back next year! Jeremy and Laura

Großzügiges und sauberes Ferienhaus
Wir waren zu 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in diesem großzugig geschnittenen und sehr sauberen Ferienhaus. Alex der Vermieter war extrem schnell bei all unseren Fragen vor und während der Reise und der gesamte Ablauf lief vollkommen reibungslos. Wir hatten sogar zur Begrüßung ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu essen und zu trinken im Kühlschrank. Der Pool ist sehr groß und eignet sich toll zum Schwimmen. Für Kleinkinder gibt es einen Teil mit Whirlpool Funktion, wo sie auch einfach mal nur mit Schwimmflügeln planschen können. Handtücher waren auch für den Pool direkt vor Ort. Die Lage ist ländlich, aber man ist ganz schnell in San Rafael. Unterkunft ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

Excellent villa
We are a family of 6 and the villa suited us perfectly. It is spacious and very clean. The pool is lovely, though a little on the short side for any serious lengths (since I like to swim daily) but very clean, provided endless fun and perfectly positioned for sun and later evening shade. Alex is very helpful, very available and truly lovely. He will not let you down, guaranteed. The only small things to mention is the kitchen is lacking a little basic practical equipment (apron, tea towels to dry crockery, large cooking pot for 6 people, cooler / picnic box for days out, more than one sharp knife, small bowls for breakfast). The doors could be oiled too, as we went round and did this with cooking oil so the kids didn't wake us up in the night. Over-all near perfect. Thank you so much Alex, we will definitely consider your villa again!!! Anna and Antony

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Dieses Ferienhaus wurde erst vor kurzer Zeit erbaut. Es ist sehr modern und sauber, es hat alles was man braucht. Angefangen von der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, bishin zu den klimatisierten Schlafräumen und der vollausgestatten Waschküche. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Der Pool ist sehr groß, sauber und lädt zum schwimmen ein. Auf der Anlage befindet sich ein Zitronenbaum, bei dem wir täglich frische Bio-Zitronen für Limonaden gepflügt haben. Als wir ankamen hatten wir zuvor telefonischen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Alex. Er hat uns an einem Treffpunkt empfangen, bei dem er uns dann an das Haus begleitet, sowie den Weg gezeigt hatte. Es war alles einfach zu finden. Der Vermieter Alex hatte uns alles gezeigt und hatte sogar ein paar Dinge bereits für uns in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Nach der hälfte der Mietzeit kam er und hatte das Haus und den Außenbereich gereinigt, was wir super fanden. Für diese Buchung benötigt man zwar einen Mietwagen, aber man kann das Auto perfekt auf dem großen Grundstück direkt am Haus parken. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Alex für die tolle Zeit in deinem Haus. This holiday home was built only recently. It is very modern and clean, it has everything you need. Starting from the very well-equipped kitchen, to the air-conditioned bedrooms and the fully equipped laundry room. The outdoor area is very well maintained and nicely laid out. The pool is very large, clean and invites you to swim. On the grounds is a lemon tree, where we plowed fresh organic lemons for sodas every day. When we arrived we had previously telephone contact with the landlord Alex. He welcomed us to a meeting point where he accompanied us to the house and showed us the way. Everything was easy to find. The landlord Alex had shown us everything and even had a few things already in the fridge for us. After half the rental period he came and cleaned the house and the outside area which we loved. For this booking you need a rental car, but you can park the car perfectly on the large property directly at the house. We would definitely recommend this holiday home and would love to come back. Thank you, Alex for the great time in your house
