This property is well located and has a good pool vibe with a bar and decent music during the day. Rooms are well kitted out. Negatives are the 10:00 AM check out and the rooms are only cleaned once every two days. I would return for the right price.

Clean, comfortable and stress free stay!
The hotel is a minutes walk from the egg roundabout so perfect location! Friendly, clean and comfortable. Room had microwave, hob, sink and utensils needed. Bathroom does have a hair dryer. Although the room does have air con, it didn’t get too cold. You can hear noise throughout the night due to location but it doesn’t stop you from getting a good sleep and that was with our balcony door open all night so probably wouldn’t have heard anything if it was closed. The roof top pool is beautiful with a view! Serving drinks and snacks throughout the day too. Staff printed our boarding passes for us to go home and we very pleasant to deal with. Tax was €4.40 per night. Vending machines in reception for drinks, snacks, and coffee! Think I saw a cigarette one too? I would stay here again and recommend if this is the area you want to visit. One pool is 1.9m all round and the other ranged from 0.5-0.9 roughly.
Frozen cocktails- highly recommend €4

Piccolo appartamento, dotato di cucina attrezzata con pentole, stoviglie, kit per la pulizia, aspiratore, frigo e piano a induzione; bagno di piccole dimensioni, finestrato e senza bidet; piccolo terrazzo con tavolino per mangiare. Situato in una zona centralissima dotata di molto comfort. Nel complesso molto buono!

Férias no Central Park Apartments
Adoramos passar 10 dias neste aparthotel. Com pessoal super simpático, sem ruídos que pudessem incomodar, localização óptima, estação de autocarros a 100 metros, supermercado Lidl a 200 metros e a " movida" a 300 /400 metros. Recomendo a quem quiser passar uns dias agradáveis em Ibiza.

I don’t understand why this is rated a one star hotel, all the amenities and location is what a 3-4 star hotel has. Clean tidy rooms, great staff and the view we had was amazing of the bay, the roof swimming pool has its own snack bar with music playing all day! Stayed here for a week and have nothing but good things to say will defiantly be staying again!

Hôtel et studio convenable
Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas de la baie de sant antoni et proche des bars, restaurants, du port et de la station de bus. Seul problème, nous avions réservé un studio vue sur baie et nous nous sommes retrouvé face aux autres logements de la résidence malgré notre demande auprès de l'hôtel. Le studio est fonctionnel même si il aurait bien besoin d'être rafraîchi. Nous recommandons quand même cet hôtel pour son prix attractif, sa localisation et la piscine avec une super vue sur le toit (dommage d'ailleurs que celle ci ferme à 19h..)

This property is in very poor conditions. The rooms are poorly kept and the furniture is from over 20 years ago. The beds are as hard as cement blocks and the towels are dirty.

Al llegar al alojamiento el señor de la recepción me informa que mi habitación no es con vistas a la bahía como había reservado en Hoteles.com, me dice que estas personas siempre hacen lo mismo mienten con la información referida a las habitaciones diciendo que todas son con vistas a la bahía lo que claramente me parece una Estafa al cliente, el Sr. no fue capaz de solucionar este problema vamos que básicamente o te alojas en la habitación sin vistas o nada, me quede porque ya había tenido un día difícil y no valía la pena discutir, con el transcurso de los días nos sentimos muy cómodas en el alojamiento ,en general todos amables y excelente el personal de limpieza. Pero volvería sin duda a este alojamiento por el agradable trato por parte De Santiago el Sr del Bar de la piscina que fue sin duda muy majo y atento, siempre tratando de que te sintieras cómodo.

Horrible unfair staff
Horrible staff, who said they couldn’t find our booking and made us wait late at night 2 hours to check in . Lady on the desk said she wanted to wait for her manager to come and when he arrived said the booking had been there the whole time. Really unfair staff, no consideration and overall disappointed really

Établissement très bien situé, studio propre et fonctionnel. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de parking car celui conseillé (face à la résidence, parking d'un hôtel aujourd'hui fermé), n'est pas du tout sécurisé. En voulant m'y garer un soir, j'ai vu 2 hommes regardant l'intérieur des voitures à la lampe torche, pendant que 2 autres etaient en train de s'attaquer à un véhicule).

Esta bien.
Antes de hacer la reserva decía que el parking gratis y no tienen parking. Me tocó pedir que limpiaran la habitación. Por lo demás esta bien, hay supermercados cerca, la piscina bien. El protocolo de covid muy bien.

En referencia a la limpieza de habitaciones como le comentaron en recepcion en apartamentos no es diaria , son dias alternos con cambio de toallas incluidos . En referencia al parking no tenemos ni hemos ofrecido parking gratuidto nunca, no disponemos. Muchas gracias por contar con nosotros. Saludos.

Fatal servicio, deplorable limpieza e instalacione
La persona en recepción es muy poco amable, además al llegar a la habitación la cocina estaba sucia y no había ni esponja ni jabón para lavar los platos, nos cambiaron de habitación, la nueva habitación tenía el problema de que al poner presión en la ducha la manguera se desprendía de la pared porque estaba rota, y además no se respetan las medidas de COVID del uso obligatorio de las máscaras, y la respuesta de la persona en recepción al quejarme fue “esta es una generación pérdida” al punto que tuve que hablar con hotels.com y me reubicaron en otro hotel

Estimado huésped, Lamentamos mucho la experiencia con nosotros durante su estancia. Para nosotros lo mas importante son nuestros huéspedes. Tomaremos su comentario para seguir mejorando.
