“The room was clean, and the overall environment was good. However, the bathroom door did not lock, which was inconvenient. Also, the noise levels at night were quite disturbing, as even normal footsteps and other unexplained sounds made it difficult to sleep peacefully.”

“staff was great”

“They did a fantastic remodel of an historic building.”

“Great room and it all worked well. It was a bit unusual not to have a personal check in, but they had a good solution for it. The joint bathroom was good, although it felt like there were many rooms to that one bathroom. The stairs up was a challenge with suitcases and a poor back. The room itself was lovely and beautifully arranged. Loved it!”

“Was here for three days and the staff were really wonderful. Location was great and would highly recommend staying here.”

“Rooms are in need of a major renovation.”

“Wunderschönes Hotel, top Lage, direkt an den kostenlosen Sesselliften nach Mountain Village. Sehr freundliches Personal, große Zimmer mit Balkon.”

“Helt OK!”

“Lovely ”

“Room was clean and tidy. I had to go a block down the street to pick up the key which was taped to the outside door. A little confusing but got it figured out. No chair in the room. Tv remote didn't work. A smoke alarm in another room kept beeping all night due to low battery, fortunately I had ear plugs. All in all, I got a good nights rest, a shower and the in-room coffee.”

“We had a wonderful comfortable visit.”

“Very good location, amenities are good.”

“Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again”

“No complaints, except parking is limited. All was great.”
