Comfortable and roomy

We came for a funeral and were able to have our whole family stay here. It was nice to have space to visit and prepare meals.

Great location and beautiful place!

This property was very nice! Very nice place that was relatively clean! Beds were comfy and all was very spacious! Nice kitchen with amenities included. We had a a very nice stay.

This is a nice property and accurate from the online pictures. Was clean but not as well stocked with eccentials as other rentals we have stayed in. We liked the location close to areas we planned to visit in Idaho falls, close to stores and restaurants. Overall a good experience for us here.

Great place to stay

This place was really clean and had the necessary items like towels and dishes and cooking pans. It had nice open areas for us to visit with our family. They even had several card games that the kids enjoyed.

New and clean place close to shopping areas. Very safe place. Very nicely decorated and has what to need to make your stay comfortable. The water heater is small so you’ll want to plan your showers/baths accordingly if you have more than three people. Will stay here again.

Great Property with top notch amenities

This is a great location and is such a comfortable house. We were driving back from a tough wrestling tournament and needed a place to crash for the night. The owners were super accommodating and we had a great experience. Would recommend 100%.

Our stay was fine. I don’t think it was cleaned very well. The fridge was not wiped out. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Towels were stained.

Amazing place!

The house is beautiful, clean, and just the right size for the party we had. Everything I forgot they seemed to have. Hosts were so fast to respond and it was all explained well. Hosts get 5/5. The website listed how many can stay the night wrong (it’s 12 overnight, 18 for the day), but that’s a VRBO issue. Not the hosts. They were fantastic!

Relaxing house after long days in Hospital.

My dad was in inpatient rehab at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center after a fall on a vacation. We came to be with him. The house was so clean and new with comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Idaho Falls. It’s 5 minute drive to the hospital.

New, clean, bring extra blankets

Great new townhome build. Super clean. Really close driving distance to restaurants and shopping. I was grateful to find a place that would host my group of 14 people. That being said, there weren’t enough blankets for everyone. I’m glad I’d brought a couple sleeping bags.

Family Christmas

The property was perfect for our needs. We had our family Christmas breakfast snd gift exchange. Having the upstairs "family room"was perfect for the kids to watch movies! The decor was tasteful and beds were comfy! I loved to be able to use the garage as it was quite cold during our stay. I decided to extend and the owners were very accommodating! Thanks for a great place to stay! We will be back!

We didn’t use the front door because the green grass area was being used as a place to take their dogs and it smelled and wasn’t a pleasant place to be. I know there is a dog run but never saw any dogs there. The house itself was great and no complaints

Beautiful condo

Brand new condo that is cute and well furnished. Excellent price with lots of room. The master bed is not comfortable but it was ok. Heat in the master bedroom is much warmer than the rest of the condo. That might be an issue if someone stays for an extended period of time. Overall, the condo is great with plenty of space for lots of people and it was perfect for our needs.
