  • Book this beautifully remodeled entire home for your next group adventure - 4 bedrooms (two kings, two queens) across three floors, a loft sleeping nook with two twins, and 2.5 baths, the home comfortably sleeps 10—ideal for multigenerational trips, reunions, and groups. sleeping 10 guests, The 1920 corner-lot home in the historic Numbered Streets is just minutes from downtown Idaho Falls, the Snake River Greenbelt, and the gateway to Yellowstone and the Tetons. Two full kitchens, fast WiFi (1000 mbps), free parking, a large deck, and family extras included.

    The main floor offers single-level living: two bedrooms (king primary with ensuite soaker tub, plus a queen), an open living/dining/kitchen, and 1.5 baths. Upstairs, a loft retreat adds a media lounge with projector, a dedicated workspace, a twin sleeping nook, and a private deck with Adirondack chairs. The lower level is a fully private suite with its own entrance, full kitchen, living and dining area, full bath, and two more bedrooms (king + queen)—giving larger groups room to spread out with privacy.

Great property for multi-family rental our adult kids had their own space down stairs with little ones when it was needed for naps or bed time. Very clean and nicely decorated!

This is a freshly remodeled & beautiful house that had plenty of space for our group to spread out. It felt like it went on for forever when we first walked through. It was all very clean & comfortable with tasteful, inviting decor. It was handy to have 2 full kitchens. Kitchen items were sufficient for basic cooking, if not extensive. Both the kitchen & the laundry room had nice large appliances. The primary bedroom’s ensuite bath (only main floor shower/bath)-especially the soaker tub-is absolutely gorgeous, but requires care & agility to use safely-it can be quite slippery & requires a good size step both in & out & you can’t hold onto anything but the tub itself due to the surrounding curtain & the spacing. There is a portable step stool with a handle, but it just doesn’t feel terribly solid.The main structure of the house is older, so there are a few narrow walkways & stairs so it wouldn’t be super conducive to anyone with disabilities anyway. There’s lots of cabinet space available & the large mudroom is handy for storing larger things out of the way as well. We were visiting for a wedding & had several totes of decor & it worked ideally for that. There was great parking space in front & in back, but not a great outdoor space to let kids play. The hosts were super great & responsive! Check in & out were simple & hassle free! We enjoyed the ‘before’ pictures & seeing what all had been done to the house. We enjoyed this property & would love to stay again!

Very clean and beautiful! The only thing I’d say are the pictures make it look much bigger than it is in person. But it was a great stay!
