Luxury Home w / 5 Bath, inomhus BBall Court & Hiss, bekvämt 30+ Idaho Falls

Du kan inte slå den här platsen! 5 min till flygplats, restauranger, Walmart och motorväg! Nära Idaho Falls Greenbelt som omger floden Snake. Underhållning för att spara! Vårt hem har en liten inomhus basketplan med en klättringsvägg, 2 våningar Canopy Net, vinkla racers, dodgeball redskap och en 18 ft sväng / klättring rep. Vårt spelrum inkluderar flera OG-arkadspel, Daytona racing i full storlek, fotboll och ett stort lufthockeybord. Bakgården är helt sluten och privat med en BBQ Grill & uteplats.

Hjärtat i hemmet är vårt otroliga kök. Den är idealisk för en mästerkock, två separata låddiskmaskiner, värmande låda, Professional Wolf-spis / stekpanna. separat kylskåp och frys, en vacker stor granitön med lantbrukare. Det finns en frukost utanför köket. Bord och stolar tillhandahöll också för att sätta hela partiet i gymmet i nödvändigt.

Hela hemmet är rullstolsanpassat med en hiss till alla 3 våningarna, och ramp till ytterdörren, breda hallar, dörrar och stora badrum. Inklusive en dusch med ramp i en av våra master sviter

Alla sovrum är designade med stil, lyx och gott om utrymme. Kung eller Kalifornien kungar i de flesta. TV: er i varje rum och 4 master sviter. Huvudvåningen har en stor TV, stort badkar, sminkbänk, dubbeldusch och en 2-sits bastu!

Detta hem har en FANTASTISK PLATS. Allt är nära, Walmart, motorväg, massor av restauranger, teater, centrum ... etc. Du kan till och med hoppa om det gröna bältet på en mil bort som går ner på båda sidor av den vackra ormfloden med cykelvägar, fantastisk landskapsarkitektur och LDS-templet. Melaleuca-huvudkontoret ligger i närheten, liksom KYANI, och webbplatsen för busstransport av INL ligger bara en halv mil bort. EIRMC Hospital ligger 12 minuter bort och shopping.

Inmatning av nyckelkod till hemmet. Ditt utrymme är hela hemmet och trädgården, exklusive garaget. Ibland har vi vår husbil som hyr ut också i hörn av fastigheten. Men du stör inte varandra på något av samma utrymme. Det finns oändlig parkering.

Tons of fun activities

This was a great space for a big family reunion. There was so many fun things to occupy the kids and teens and even the adults. There were a few problems but the owner was good at communicating and sent someone to fix the issues while we were out and about for the day.

Idaho Falls Wedding Trip

Great property with perfect amenities for our family. The gym was a huge bonus. Host was exceptional. Location was equally perfect. If we have another wedding or event in Idaho Falls, we will certainly rent again.

Delight in Idaho Falls

Alysha was wonderful to work with. The house was very comfortable for the 20 members of our family reunion. Located very close to everything. Our youth loved the climbing wall and the indoor basketball room. The house was very cool in the heat. The evening s’mores at the fire pit outside were perfect. The whole family would like to come back here again!

Very good stay!

Happy New Year

We had a very nice time. The house main living areas are way smarter than anticipated. Pictures of the house need updated to current furnishings. The house is in need of repair and a good cleaning. There was no dining as show, it was a tight little nook in corner only big enough for kids. It might sleep 30 but we were a group of. And could barely fit in the main gathering area. No room downstairs due to game room. The gym was a half quart but a nice room to entertain kids. We had a nice day kitchen faucet fridge leaking tree in the way.made for not as comfortable stay as I was hoping with the price I paid. Vrbo also made me pay insurance as an extra fee, which I already had coverage in my own personal insurance. The fees on this rental were as much as my rental.

Harris family reunion

There are not enough thank yous for the wonderful weekend we had together!!!! This home provided the perfect setting in every way for our comfort and convenience . Great experience

We had a family reunion at this home and had a great time. The indoor gym was great for keeping the kids entertained, as was the arcade downstairs. The host was very responsive to any needs we had. It was a great experience!

The Bed in the master bedroom was so bad, My disabled husband and I had to leave a day early. My family members 25 of them had a good stay there but were disappointed that we had to leave. You need to get a new bed

Fun Stay in Idaho Falls

We loved staying at the property. We actually only had a group of 6, so we picked this house especially for the fun extras - basketball, games, etc. It was a lovely home with lots of fun for our two kids (and the adults). My only critique is that for such a large house, the shared spaces are small. This was fine for us with our smaller group, but could be for larger families/groups. We were in Idaho Falls to visit Craters of the Moon. I'm not sure that we would have made it to Idaho Falls without that proximity.

Perfect for young families

We used this house for a family reunion. We have lots of grand kids in elementary school ages, so it was perfect. They loved all the different play areas designed just for them in the house. Be aware that the 6 bunk beds in the one area are not full length. They are fine for children up to about age 8 if the children are not too tall.

Wonderful Property and Excellent Hosts

I would say the best thing about this property is the hosts! They were kind and responsive - they made it wonderful. The property was clean and well-stocked (e.g., towels, toilet paper, etc). There are a lot of activities and play spaces for young children and teens. The room with the six bunk beds is great for a large family but don't plan on any children older than 7 or 8 (they are really small). We had 15 adults and there was plenty of space. Overall, it was a nice area, home, and experience with the rental. I would recommend this house (just be mindful of the number of people).

Family Weekend

Overall it was very nice and accommodated our 21 member family very well. In fact I had two preteen grandsons give me a hug and thank me for picking this fun house. The kitchen was also nicely stocked with dishes and gear. Also, the main floor suite with bathroom was very nice. The activities that one could do in the house were quite special. There were a few things we didn’t like. 1) we couldn’t find the sheets for the rollaway bed. 2) some of the beds were quite uncomfortable. 3) the rug in the living room had rolled edges that caused several folks to trip. 4) the upstairs railing was quite unstable. But even with these, I believe my children and grandchildren would say it was one of the most enjoyable stays that we’ve had together.

Perfect, definitely stay again. Wished we could stay longer.

Wonder place for a large gathering. Lots of rooms and fun things to do right in the home. Wished we had more time to enjoy them. We were very impressed with how well they worked with us with all of our needs. Even when we had a small problem, their response was immediate and friendly. We hope to stay there again the next time we are in town. The kitchen was perfect for feeding a large group. The fridge, freezer, and stove are awesome commercial grade appliances. Beds were very comfortable.

Family Staycation

We loved this location for a family staycation! There was great communication from the host and there was an abundance of room for the entire family! The living space was smaller than we thought but with the gym right off the main living space the kids stayed busy in there and it wasn't a problem. The rock wall was a lot of fun for the kiddos and the net loft above the gym was a hit. Overall this is a great place for family reunions or get together to keep the kids busy and for the adults to hangout!

FUN HOUSE

This is a PERFECT house for kids (and adults that still think they are kids)…especially in the winter when it’s too cold to go outside. Besides all the toys (basketball gym, rock climbing wall, hanging net, floor swing, toys, books, arcade games, etc.,) the beds were comfy, the kitchen is large (especially the refrigerator) and there is plenty of room for everyone. The furnishing are kid friendly. We would stay there again.

Great Family Christmas

Got the whole family together (mom and dad, 6 siblings with spouses and 10 grandkids). Everyone had their own room and space. The air hockey, arcade games and gym were an absolute hit.
