Cabin was great! Location was incredible! Parking was a bit awkward because you had to park in front of the cabin along the road. Great Value! Highly Recommend!

Very weird and odd experience
Well traveling during these troubling times is always a hassle, but I had been getting some interaction with Lawsons. But since they took the human interaction out of the equation it made it so much harder, I had very little signal up in the mountains and I wondered if I had missed a text due to that is how they wanted me to check in and I had to initiate that conversation by letting them know I was on property already. It was about 30mins longer it was a nice experience just very out of my zone I guess. If your into great nature, and some chores this is the place. If you don't want to get charged you need to do your dishes, at least they supply them.

Great tiny house that was perfect for a weekend get away! It had everything we needed including great wifi. It is centrally located to several ski resorts making it easy to try a different one each day. There isn't much around so it's quiet and although they warn you might hear traffic noise from I-70, that wasn't a problem for us. We would definitely book this again.

Perfect for an at home experience while tucked away in the mountains. Very roomy for my wife and I and we had no major complaints except in the shower there was no where for us to put our shampoo and soap but other than that everything was great!

Bed was very comfortable. Needed two pillows per person though. It would have been nice to have an eatery on the premises instead of driving down to Idaho Springs. Check out instructions were not discussed at check-in...for example, where to drop the key when leaving. Fortunately I found the drop box. To leave the key in the room when leaving would have required the door to remain unlocked. Probably should fix this so that it would lock when leaving. All in all a comfortable place.

The property seems newer with all the necessities one may want, even an outdoor grill. Perfect location 20 min from the slopes to the west and 10 min indian hot springs to the east. They have a key drop box if you need to leave earlier which was nice. Only thing its missing is a hot tub and i could live here:)

Definitely a good place to stay between Denver and Breckenridge. The cabin was nice, but in need of some minor repairs and it seemed like the tv tripped the breaker rendering the tv in the main room unusable. Other than that, the cabin was clean and beds were comfortable.

Well-designed and equipped cabin. Beautiful grounds for hiking up the mountainside among within the disc golf course. Convenient location on the front range.

Cute cabins with everything you need for a fun stay in the mountains outside of Denver. The electronic fireplace is great on a chilly night. Would stay here again!

Great location. A little hot for the season and no A/C, but the fans made it ok. Who knew it would be in the 90’s in September. Great cabins!

It’s an OK place to stay that feels pretty overpriced for the quality of accommodations. Clean enough, but the floor left my socks dirty. Kind staff, but office hours are limited. Nice enough unit, but fit and finish is lacking — blinds are broken and thin, there’s no place to hang or unpack anything, the sliding bathroom door leaves a peekaboo quarter-inch that nobody’s going to look in, but... Lots of highway noise; bring earplugs. At $398.16 all-in for one night, this was by far the highest nightly rate for a 2-bedroom that we paid during our trip to Colorado and the least impressive If it was 30-35% cheaper, the cost/value ratio might feel just about right, but as it is it feels disappointing for the price.

Family trip
Super location right off of 1-70 near Georgetown. We stayed in a yurt and loved it. There was a short walk to a shared shower. Plenty to do in the area and you can't beat the view. Check- in was perfect. We loved out trip and would stay again.

Cute lawson cabin
Cabins are adorable and clean with a nice kitchen. No AC so be prepared. Also, right near the highway. But, close to Isaho Springs adventures. Call ahead to see if river rafting is possible; depends on water levels. Did not ask about adventure park; seems it may no longer be open. Would go back for location.

Dirty, smelly and dark, save your cash
I think a large part of my issue with this place was that it was completely misrepresented on the website. It boasts adorable pictures of clean, finished accommodations, with utilities that look very comfortable. The site says they have in room ceiling fans, a separate bedroom, in room shower, living room, a heat source. In reality non of that exists. You can imagine my surprise when we arrived, late, and stumbled around in the dark to find that our glorified tent had no electric. No running water. No heat source (it was 52 at night in the mountains in July) which could have been completely charming if I had known ahead of time and brought appropriate supplies. My bad. My real issue is that the linens provided were left in baggies on the beds. So now, for $75/night plus a $25 “cleaning fee” I’m stumbling around in the dark trying to make bunk beds for my freezing kids to sleep in. The entire place stinks like Willie Nelson’s ashtray. You might think “well, it’s colorado” but not everyone comes here to partake in the marijuana culture, especially if you’re with very young children. So we slept with the windows and door open to air it out. The smell was awful. It still gave two of us respiratory issue the next day. The floor was covered in dirt and fruit loops from the stoners who stayed there last. I did bring this to the managements attention the next morning, and they said they’d refund the $25 cleaning fee charged to my card but have never issued that refund.

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Our cabins are equipped with all the amenities that you mentioned, however the yurt you booked does not. We have issued you the $25 cleaning fee refund, it may take a couple days for the banks to communicate.

terrible stay, luckily only 1 night booked. you basically sleep on the motorway and the cars/vans/trucks never stops on the I70 to denver. the only facility there -shared bathrooms and showers- are disgustingly dirty!! they surely rated themselves, i cant see any guest liking this place. Avoid absolutely...

We are sad to hear you did not like your stay. When you arrived at our facility we showed you the yurt ahead of time with the option to cancel. You chose to stay. Our other real guests have enjoyed the "glamping" experience.

Cute Cabin
We stayed in a the native cabin, everything was great! Fully stocked kitchen with dishes including pots & pans. Short 10 min drive to grocery store. Clean cabin and very comfortable beds. Only cons were that the shower's floor was very slippery and there was no iron in the cabin or available at the facility.

Love a Yurt !!
It is FUN to stay in a Yurt and one by a small river. Price very reasonable. You do have to walk go the bathroom and shower sort of like camping - fun for a change.. . The only negative - noise from the nearby freeway - but it did not keep us from sleeping.

Lawson Adventure Cabins
We just stopped here for one night on our way out west. The cabins were very modern and nice. Utensils and a propane grill were nice touches. WiFi was sketchy, but overall a nice place.
