“The blackout shade didn't work so we didn't sleep well”

“The overall stay was great. No complaints w the room or amenities. The general manager however was very rude at check in. I asked if the deposit was refundable she rudely said yes it would be refunded within 48 business hours. It has been 10 business days of 05/23/26 && I still have not received my $100 deposit that she guaranteed would be refunded. I have stayed at this location several times in the past and I have never spoken with her for any reason because I’ve never had issues or...

“The carpet was not vacuumed and had stains. The kitchenette was useless because there were no dishes, not even plastic glasses for water, or silverware, which I have never seen before in a kitchenette experience. Usually there is enough dishes for one -4 guests. Our room overlooked the pool, which was very dirty and looked like some of the edging was falling off. “Property was fine. Staff was not all that. Our keys would not work and while we were speaking with the front desk to get help the bartender pushed her way through talking to the front desk clerk. Very childish staff and unprofessional. Asked for toilet paper and the cleaning lady made a big deal about it. Decent place but not good staff. They need a manager”
