Hotell i Idamegama

“The room is comfortable but a bit dated. The bath tub needs to be replaced as it was stained and cracked. But the rest of the hotel was lovely with such a beautiful story behind. Food was great and the views and surroundings stunning. Interesting to see how the tea is made and that you use the same branch for black, green and silver tea. However, the car journey from Colombo was horrible with small, windy roads and it was easy to get car sick for 6 hrs drive - one way😱”

“I wish I could like this place more but there were a few things which would make me reconsider booking if I had known upfront. Firstly, the driveway is a pain but can deal with it if known upfront, front desk was very accommodating taking our luggage up the hill to our van. Room 103 was a family room but directly above the reception and bar, so expect loud tuk tuks and music from the bar until about 11.30pm. Overall it was 3/5 - not bad, not amazing.”

“Trevlig personal. Lite för dyrt för att kännas prisvärt. ”

“The room was spotless, the food was absolutely delicious and the staff were lovely! I'll be sure to drop by again! ”

“The views over the valley, the tea plantations and agricultural land are fantastic. The villa is set up on a hillside, about 3km out of town. It takes approximately a 10 min tuk tuk drive into town. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautifully presented, mostly made in wood and looking very smart. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well presented. The whole place is beautiful an dis surrounded by beautiful countryside. ”

“Me and my wife spent three nights of our Sri Lanka honeymoon at Anasa and it was the highlight of our trip. I can very highly recommend a stay. The chalets/rooms and the resort itself is beautiful and has great facilities and surroundings. The 10 stand-alone chalets are elegant and well-positioned for seclusion. The food was really outstanding, best of our trip. We had a set menu for two nights, and a la carte the last night, all very good. What sticks out the most is the fantastic service,...

“Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast! The room was spotless and the location was perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Perfect stay in a more quiet area of Ella. You will be in the center shortly. The best thing about our stay was the excellent breakfast served on our private balcony with an amazing view. If we ever come back to Ella again…. This is the place we will stay!”

“Här hade jag velat stanna mer än en natt. Vi var på resa runt i Sri Lanka och då blev det bara en natt. Men allt var tipp topp.”

“Natutskön absolut pärla”

“Ett fantastiskt ställe, unikt boende, magisk utsikt över bergen, bra service och trevlig personal. God middag och fin frukost. Rekommenderar varmt. ”

“Stay at property was amazing! The views where breathtaking and awesome to unwind to after staying in the city. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. We stayed 2 nights and also visited the nearby waterfalls...”

“Dear Claire and team, We really appreciated our stay at the hotel managed by you and your team. You all made us feel so welcomed and gave us the calm and soft stay we wanted. The service well exceeded our expectations and you were always willing to assist in a genuin and professional manner. The food, accommodation as well as the house and garden surroundings were simply lovely. We hope to get back some day. Until then, all the best. Camilla and Magnus”

“Recommend!!”

“ Nice pool, friendly staff, bra wifi”

“Good location, just a block from busy Ella. Magical view overlooking the hills. Rooms are a bit older then the pictures shows. We had issues with geckos in the room. Food in the restaurant very under our expectations.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The view of the Nine Arch Bridge and jungle was so beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good, too! The complimentary tuk-tuk service to and from the main road to the accommodation was especially appreciated given the steep and narrow road. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily recommend!”
