“We stayed at the hotel Casa Panorama for 7 nights.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and owner of the hotel. We were showed to our rooms and then we got a tour of the hotel. We even got a list of must-visit nearby villages and beaches. During the whole duration of our staying we were treated like royalties and everybody seemed really glad to see us and eager to be of assistance.
The hotel is located between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras so there are many options both for beaches but also...

Men restaurangen. Den var jättedålig. Urusel service, dålig frukost och dålig middag. Brist på koppar, tallrikar och glas vid frukosten. Oengagerad personal. Hotellet behöver utbilda personalen samt anställa hovmästare och ny kock för att lyfta restaurangen.
Poolbaren var dock mycket trevlig med smoothies, glasskreationer, dryck och...

“Detta hotell är väldigt fint och mysigt. Vi hade en jätte fin upplevelse förutom att vi tyckte servitörerna var väldigt dåliga, de äldre servitörerna var duktiga och professionella men det känns som att hotellets chef har anställt mycket ung och osäker personal dem unga var väldigt osäkra och fick mycket skäll av ägarna framför gästerna. Och det var inte trevligt att se då cheferna borde gett dem en bättre uppläggning och inte uppföra sig så framför hotellets gäster. Nackdel va att det inte...

The buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent. Lots of options and regularly refilled. Drinks are not included in the dinner buffet.
The a la carte restaurant is very nice, overlooking the main pool and bar area and with fantastic sea views from a couple of tables. Food was well prepared and nicely served. As a guest you get 20% discount if you have buffet dinner included in you package.
The room service and bar snack menu is the same. Lots of options and veyr large size dishes, the four of use shared two dishes for lunch eveyr day and that was enough.
There are activities for both children and adults free of charge. Our children (9+12 y o) joined two of them but they felt it was aimed for younger children. They also had evening entertainment every other night in the main pool bar area, which was very nice between dinner and bedtime. The coctails served were also very delicious, but slightly overpriced in my opinion.

Beautiful and unique accommodation and friendly staff.
All thought it sometimes felt like a big waste of potential. The accommodation was great but not as private as it looked in the photos.
The staff felt a little bit tired and were not as alert as they should be. They could easily raised our bill by a couple of hundred euros but they were simply just not there to sell more drinks or ask if we wanted more food etc. Maybe a staff manager would be in place.
Especially when they just opened and should be on their toes to create a great reputation.
Some members of the staff was great but most staff members was clearly not trained to provide the service that a place like Ergon (we assume) wants to present. "
