My experience at Michlefin fell far below expectations for a hotel of this rating and price point. The overall service quality was disappointing and inconsistent with what one would expect from a premium establishment. Staff training and guest service standards require significant improvement — the level of professionalism should align more closely with that of leading hotels such as the Four Seasons.
The jacuzzi was particularly disappointing. Charging €1 per minute for use feels unreasonable, especially considering it was poorly maintained and unhygienic, with visible debris and hair. Although the manager, Rashid, was courteous and offered an apology, there was no meaningful resolution, and I was ultimately charged for the jacuzzi despite the condition it was in.
Room service was also subpar. The food arrived cold, and the fries tasted as though they had been cooked in fish oil — very unpleasant and far from the quality expected. The only positive aspect of the dining experience was the dessert, which was quite good.
Overall, Michlefin needs to make substantial improvements in both service delivery and facility maintenance to justify its pricing and reputation.
