“Mysigt hotell, bra läge. Men servicen hade kunnat bli lite bättre, ex erbjuda tidig check-in eller en flaska vatten på rummet. Saknade det lilla extra. Med fingertoppskänsla hade det kunnat va en fullträff”

“Fräsch hotellrum med bra standard - lite hårda sängar bara. Man kände sig trygg på hotellet och frukosten var jättebra. Det enda negativa var att trots att jag betalat Expedia vid bokning så hävdade en i receptionen att jag måste betala någon mellanskillnad vid utcheckningen. Det var inte mycket pengar men han var inte så trevlig och tydlig med vad det gällde.”

“Very nice, small hotel with a wonderful rooftop restaurant and bar on the hillside with wonderful views over Valparsiso. Also some hot-tubs on the roof. Free parking under the building. Nice, quiey and safe area. Walking distance to many sights. Highly recommend this hotel. ”

“La ubicación, el departamento en sí, el personal muy dispuesto a ayudar, pero también total independencia, todo junto hizo que pasaramos bellos días en Valparaíso. Nos sentimos como en casa. El agua caliente en la ducha a veces costaba, pero la hacíamos funcionar abriendo el agua caliente del lavamanos. Y no nos hicimos problema. Muy limpio, la cama comodísima, todo lo demas funcionaba de 10. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos ahí.”

“Very clean and homey, staff is amazing and very friendly. The area around isnt the safest for tourists late at night but is still safe enough to enjoy the views. I like this hostal alot.”

“I made my up the very steep stairs and found the street despite a heavily faded sign. But, when I rang the bell nobody came. I waited around for nearly an hour, tried to find a phone number to call (not listed on Expedia). Finally I caught the bus back to Santiago for that night. Very disappointed.”

“Cosy hotel in the best part of Valparaiso. + It has a very nice view at the terrace over the city, the bed was really nice and bathroom was clean and good shower . - The service was not the best, talking about the staff: the guys were kind but the girls were really arrogant and didn’t even say hello, thanks or goodbye. Too many stairs and no elevator. ”
