âThe property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldnât even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. Food was premade so the sandwich was soggy and the bun tough yet wet. The guy working the players club was just sarcastic and...

âFantastic help by the girl in the reception with planning our road trip going west from Durango. She spent a lot of time (when no other customers needed help) coming with advices on how to visit Grand Canyon, come up with more recommendations and plan our trip time wise. Very charming hotel. Simple but clean and nice rooms.â

âRooms were clean and spacious. Only complaint was lack of fresh box of Kleenex. Outstanding breakfast bar, but could have used more help in refilling food containers. Crowd was quite large due to holiday weekend and it was challenging trying to serve the large and hungry crowd. All in all, breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall stay was great.â

âRoom still wasnât ready when we tried to check in at 5. The waitress was horrible at her job. They charge for parking which is ridiculous considering how much money it costs to even stay there. The breakfast you have to pay extra for was gross.â

âCommunication prior to check in was great with answers to any possible questions already addressed. The check in instructions were clear. They are not kidding with the 39 steps from vehicle to door. The condo was clean and if snow is keeping you from going out, you have all the essentials there to cook and be entertained to include the pool and hot tubs. Location was optimal and close to shopping or venturing out to any trails. This was perfect for the price.â
