âDuring our stay, the reception staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Although the breakfast items did run out at one point, the staff promptly replenished them. There was no hot water during my shower; however, the hotel later communicated that they were experiencing issues with the water system and assured guests that the matter would be resolved as soon as possible.â

âFantastic help by the girl in the reception with planning our road trip going west from Durango. She spent a lot of time (when no other customers needed help) coming with advices on how to visit Grand Canyon, come up with more recommendations and plan our trip time wise. Very charming hotel. Simple but clean and nice rooms.â
