âThis was our first stay in the hotel and we were very impressed. The hotel room, welcome from reception and staff and customer service when dining for both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Special shout out to Stephen and Nixon who looked after us when dining in the restaurant. Although this was a base for travelling, we made use of the spa facilities which were also excellent. âWe arrived late in the night and the staff actually picked calls to give us directions and we find the person we had been talking to waiting for us at the entrance. The check-in was smooth.
We had challenges with the water heaters on day one, however, when we reported to the staff, they rectified the issue.

âWarning - I would like to issue if you wish to book this hotel, which is located at the top of a shopping mall with a nightclub floor below. This means loud music and drunken guests every night 365 days a year until 4am in the morning - making it impossible to fall asleep before the nightclub closes.
