“Great hotel, very stylish - everything is new and in good condition. Quality of staff needs a little work. For example, our bed was made with damp sheets. When we asked housekeeping to change the bedding, we came back to the room to find they had just dropped off clean (dry) bedding but hadn't bothered to change the old bedding to the new (so we had to make the bed). Separately, another day, housekeeping came to do a regular clean up of the room but didn't make the bed. Other than that,...

“The hotels in Boston were so expensive so we found this wonderful hotel. Close to the train that easily takes you downtown. Comfortable bed. Quite. Good shower(not many hotels have good pressure on the water). You can buy breakfast at the hotel if you want to. Value parking.”

“The room (1613) had a nice view, however the air conditioning machine was not working properly. Maintenance came but it was still not ok. We didn't spend too much time inside the room, and we were able to open the window partially so it was bearable. The hotel is nice. Unfortunately, our experience with the restaurant inside the hotel was not the best.”

“The property is in an excellent location, the staff was friendly and efficient. The room itself was fine they even provided chocolates and water not a lot of noise got through the room and everything was well spaced as far as room design . Would definitely recommend if staying in the Harvard area.”
