The location was one of the most beautiful places Iâve ever been, the staff service was unbeatable, and the meal they prepared for us was delicious and memorable. The onsen area was clean and beautiful, and I would recommend to anyone to make the trip out to Heda. Truly a unique and special experience and I canât wait to go back. â
âThis was the most incredible place weâve ever stayed! It was so incredibly unique from the history of the place to how modern it was inside and our very own cherry blossom tree outside our window. I canât express how wonderful this place is! The service is impeccable and the dining is incredible. So luxurious and unique, I would stay here again and again! We stayed in the largest villa called Seguro, highly recommend!!!!â
âFriendly staff but lacking English skills. The hotel and spa definitely have had its glory days. The air conditioning on the room didn't work so the room was very very warm. Beautiful location but not much to do in the surrounding area. â
âThe hotel was amazing! Just driving to the guest house to check in, we saw Mt. Fuji. The staff during check in were so friendly and kind. Our room was magnificent! It was huge! The in room open air onsen was so wonderful. We could see Mt. Fuji as we relaxed in the onsen. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. We loved our stay, and wish we would have booked more nights at this awesome resort. â
