“Good hospitality, great”

“Friendly staff but lacking English skills. The hotel and spa definitely have had its glory days. The air conditioning on the room didn't work so the room was very very warm. Beautiful location but not much to do in the surrounding area. ”

“A wonderful location with fantastic view from the familyroom. A Tatami room that catered for everything for a Family with small children. Remember to book the hotel with breakfast and dinner. Not many restaurants in the area and the hotel didn't have a restaurant. The booked means where serves in the room. A truly wonderful experience! Also good to bring cash although there are ATM and post Office in the area. Also very little English is spoken in the village. It was very easy to come by train...

“従業員の方がほぼ全て外国の方。しかし、日本のおもてなしを純粋に努めて下さるところに心温まる。 大浴場にはボディシャンプ－、シャンプーリンスはあるが、アメニティは最低限(歯ブラシぐらい)。各部屋で必要な物(ポット、浴衣)は受付で借りれる。近隣にはコンビニがないので、必要な物は揃えて持っていく必要あるが･･･とてもシンプルで過度のサービスなし。心地よい潔さを感じる。”
