“We had a great stay at the hotel for 5 days. Arrived late in the middle of the night and got a room with a sofa bed instead of 2 double beds. We were 4 adults so not very comfy to sleep in a sofa bed for 5 mights. The day after we asked for a new room and the receptionen was very helpfull and arranged a new room with 2 beds directly.

“We loved Isabella Suites. The rooms are unusually spacious for Europe. Everything was brand-new super clean and functional. The shower was the BEST hotel shower I ever had. It was astonishingly quiet at night. Make sure you close your black-out curtains if you do not want to be woken up by the sun.”

“There is no reception but you can contact them through whatsapp for any questions. It is good if you're there for a quick in and out but if you're visiting as a tourist I would not recommend. Luckily I was there for work and just needed a place to stay. Bad; Found some sort of small mice dropping but scoured the room without any luck.
AC was not really functional as they've put restrictions on how cold to turn it in the room. Bed was rather hard and not optimal to sleep on.

"Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Hyatt Regency Malta – allt från incheckning till utcheckning var helt perfekt! Servicen höll absolut toppklass och personalen var otroligt vänlig, hjälpsam och professionell. Vid alla möten med personal var det toppen service rakt igenom. Poolen, frukosten, spa avdelningen mm.
Ett extra stort tack vill vi rikta till Valentina, conciergen, som verkligen imponerade. Hon hjälpte oss att boka en båtresa – till och med när hon inte var på hotellet. Det visar vilken omtanke och serviceanda som präglar hela teamet här. Och ett jättetack till vår städerska Puiya som dagligen såg till att vårt rum var städat och nya fräscha handdukar.

"Bokade ett rum med havsutsikt och balkong, fick först ett extremt slitet rum utan balkong. Dagen efter så fick jag ett bättre rum med balkong. Hade de inte fixat ett nytt rum så hade jag troligen flyttat. Det första rummet var deppigt. Frukost okej och personal var trevlig."
