âModerna och frĂ€scha rum med en otroligt stor och vacker trĂ€dgĂ„rd. Möjlighet att anordna event bĂ„de privat och för företag med servering bĂ„de inne och ute. VĂ€lskött pool ute och egen spaavdelning. Servering av alla mĂ„l mat i hotelldelen. OmrĂ„det utanför var dĂ€remot ganska trĂ„kigt. Bra gratis parkering.â

âWe stayed here for two weeks because my daughter picked it. We love the hotel. The room was remodeled great. The bed was comfy. The linens was clean. The towels was clean. The staff was excellent. The hotel is clean and quiet. We loved everything about our stay here. The only negative I had was that itâs not really close to anything and transportation cost a lot to get around but that is not the hotelâs fault. The hotel was perfect.â

âHo passato la notte del mio settimo anniversario di matrimonio, dentro la suite Smeraldo, Ăš stato ovviamente un esperienza indimenticabile.
La struttura si presenta bene, molto moderna accogliente, ma l'unico neo potrebbe essere curata un po' di piĂč, come piccoli dettagli (rotolo carta igienica quasi finito, boccette shampoo quasi terminate) sono cose che si dovrebbero curare, per il resto staff molto disponibile, ho trovato anche spumanti o con calici petali di rose.

âPerfetta nel mio caso per la vicinanza con l'autostrada a soli 5km. Inoltre Ăš tutta ristrutturata, la mia stanza, una quadrupla, spaziosa e funzionale con un bel balcone, bagno e armadio grandi, grandi porte finestre opportunamente coperte da doppie tende. Pulita e con Sky incluso.

Hotel Cenacolo is in a great upper middle class neighborhood with plenty of parking right in front of it. I loved that a lot of locals come here so you get a taste of real people from Napoli not just the tourist industry people. "The staff at this hotel is amazing!
Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter.
Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that.
Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Clean hotel and easy parking in the garage just under the reception. The private parking was extra nice considering the chaotic streets of Napels.
We used room service a few times and it worked very well.
Our room seemed to have some problem with the heating system as it was constantly 26 °C and we were not able to figure out how to change the termostat. The staff didn't seem to be able to change it either, but we solved it by just opening the balcony doors.
Also, when we arrived at the room, the fridge was not pre-cooled which would have been nice after a long day of travel. However, the hotel had a nice bar and restaurant so this was a minor problem.
The restaurant was nice, with good food and a very nice wine collection of great Italian red wines.
Our room had a great view of the ocean and we could watch the sunset from a sofa by the window. We also had a jacuzzi by the window that we used a couple of times and it worked great.
Overall, this is a very nice and clean hotel that can really be recommended."
