âVery charming small hotel with a lovely pool. The location is great for exploring the northern part of Dakar and only 10 minutes walk from Ngor beach + modern art museum around the corner. Their mosquito net had some holes in it but we pointed it out and they fixed it immediately. Btw always check with reception how much a taxi should cost to a certain destination and then be ready to negotiate a lot with the taxi drivers :/â
âBefore arriving I sent an email requesting airport pickup that I never received any answer to, and when calling they ensured me that there was a frequent shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and that there was no need for a private car. When i arrived at the airport there were no cars there from the hotel after I called again they ensured me one would arrive shorty after. The car arrived 30 minutes later. I got in and after loading in my baggage and seating me in the car, the driver...
âI liked the location. It was very close to the Conference i wa attending. The security staff was also great. They helped get cabs before I downloaded two ride-sharing services and even then, they checked the license plate number. The young women at the front were great despite the fact that my French is minimal and only one staff had very good English. They were very helpful!â
