“Sadly, could only stay 1 night this time but the stay was absolutely LOVELY! better than anticipated.
the location is so beautiful. tons of greenery, flowers, animals - heaven! on the road leading up to the hotel, you can see the water as well. peaceful, calm, perfect.
the staff/service was also wonderful. the breakfast was beyond - fresh, delicious.
I will most certainly be back. ”

“We went a little off-season and not many were there. The place is located in the countryside with lovely surroundings.
The inital plan was to go into the little town of Cercal for dinner in elthe evening, but we changed our plans and stayed for dinner at Matinha instead. That was a good decision... the food was very nice and typical rustic traditional Portuguese food. Loved it.
Everyone was super helpful and serviceminded.
It was a great stay.”

“Had an awesome stay ! We were warmly welcomed by Nelson. He let us feed his sheeps. The kid had a great time in the swimming pool and trampoline. There is also a shared kitchen one can use to prep meals.”
