âA small Grand Hotel older style hotel in the centre of Luzern. Liked the parquet floor in the room, the large window facing the lake and the overall ambience. Easy access to public but Luzern centre is just a few minutes walk away. Plenty of variety for breakfast and a very comfy bed.â

âThe views from the room - over the lake and the mountains - are simply amazing! Big panorama windows in the room give you a chance to really enjoy the views.

âVery central hotel with easy access to everything in Luzern. A bit of noise from the traffic in the rooms closest to the main street. Under renovation, my room was nice and recently done but everything was not in place in the room yet. Missed a smaller desk/table for work. Breakfast ok with fresh fruit but still quite basic. Staff friendly and helpful. Do not need new towels every day- spend a little bit more time on cleaning insteadâ
