“Bästa hotellupplevelse vi haft. Vi blev uppgraderade till största sviten och sviten var fantastiskt. Asma som tog hand om oss i receptionen var en pärla. Sviten med fullutrustad kök var i toppskick och väldigt snyggt möblerad. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka. :)”

“Received an unexpected phone call that rudely disrupted my deep sleep for marketing purposes. Moreover, the lack of hot water in December and the absence of hoses for toilets, especially in the Middle East, are major inconveniences that significantly impact the overall experience.”

“Bra”

“WARNING BED BUGS I got a room with BED BUGS. Woke up at 4 am and was hitten on my legs and arm. I got a new room at once. When speaking to the staff the day after they said “we have been looking” and that was it. No exterminator that would kill the bugs, just new sheets. So mo wonder they have problems. One staff sad they had problem before with bed bugs. Asked for compensation and was offerd a free breakfast. I declined. Just an awful management. ”

“Very good place! Only problem, not possible to do anything about for the hotel, was ongoing road works just outside that started 7am.”

“No toilet paper ”

“In my experience, the only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly service-minded and nice. Especially the staff opening the doors for you. The rest was pretty horrible. My room was severely neglected. There were stains on my bed and the room was in an incredibly bad shape. The bathroom trash can had rusted away. It does not cost much to replace a trash can. The Wi-Fi does not work well enough for you to use it, especially for meetings and such. It would go out every 2-3...

“Service bra, bra personalen.”

“When Best Western Plus becomes Worst Eastern Minus. Incomprehensible how they cab allow their trademark on this overpriced filth. Old, very worn and sleepy incompetent staff. Four stars is a joke, 500 AED/night even more so. Breakfast at 9-10 is a war zone with families. 150 AED/night and two stars would be correct.”

“Bra rum och frukost”
