“Food and the service level are really bad. Tried to order room service twice, they told me they are very busy and will call back which never happened, so we gave up. Booked the Japanese restaurant one night, when we arrived they told us there is no table available (luckily, since the place looks really awful). Plenty of options nearby 5mins from the hotel.
