“Overall, this is a decent hotel with a good location. The room was spacious and featured a gas fireplace, which added a nice touch. “It was a beautiful place! Loved our location. Close to the hot springs pools and right on the river. We could see and hear it from our rooms balcony. Slept with the window open and listened to it all night and it was awesome. There was also a trail loop that ran along the river that you could just hop on and enjoy. “Beautiful location, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The check in desk staff was very nice. However, the one hot tub that was working was very dirty looking, we did not try it. The air conditioner was very loud and cycled often, at times disrupting sleep.”

“The fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night, the alarm was faulty. No restaurant, but we paid top prices for sub par food on paper plates 😬. Waterside was out of order. Not a pleasant stay!”
