âCorte Antica is a wonderful place to base yourself when exploring Salento. Scoranno itself is a lovely, authentic town where we felt like we were the only tourists around. And it is well positioned to do day trips to the more popular tourist areas like Otranto, Lecce, and Gallipoli. Plus you can easily find free parking on the street nearby to leave your car overnight. âAntonio and Nadia make your stay feel absolutely welcomed and well taken care of. They are attentive, knowledgeable about the region, ready to help out or give suggestions when you ask for them. The place is about 20-30min drive to most beautiful beaches, grotta/cave, different town centers, and is surrounded by dining options within walking distance.
