  • This beautiful villa is located in one of the best places in the city of Inca, in a very quiet area and close to the Sant Bartomeu monastery. In addition, from the house you can enjoy the views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site.



    Villa "el Olivo" located in the heart of Mallorca will give you a lot of freedom, if you like to move around the island you can do it from here. Regardless of whether you like the beach or the mountains.



    A few minutes away you will find the city center, where you can sit in a cafeteria or go shopping in the area.



    The villa "el Olivo" offers incredible outdoor space. A large swimming pool (6x3) next to the green garden, cared for by the owner Miguel, who will make your best holidays in Mallorca possible.



    When you get out of the pool you can dry your drops of water lying on the hammocks looking at the sun, or if you prefer, you can choose the Balinese bed that you like the most.



    Next to the pool you will find an outdoor bathroom and a perfect barbecue to try fresh produce from the market. On the side of the property there is a wonderful terrace with incredible views towards the most beautiful mountains of Mallorca.



    The interior of the property will surprise you, the kitchen space is combined with a small living room, everything is designed and equipped so that you do not need anything, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, cutlery, toaster and many more. small details.



    Upon entering the living room you will find a small space to work with a Wi-Fi router that reaches the entire house and a large table for family gatherings. In the next room, there is a comfortable beige sofa where you can rest and watch your best series or movies on the flat screen.



    From the rooms you can appreciate the great view of the mountains. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bed and one of the bathrooms. On the upper floor you will find three more bedrooms. One of them en suite. The bathrooms are equipped to make your vacation comfortable and complete.

    The electricity in this house will be charged separately according to the actual consumption and the meter reading on check out. The electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit (0,30 Euro / kWh).

Wir empfehlen die Finca weiter!!!

Da es sich um eine Finca handelt, haben wir uns selbst verpflegt. Supermärkte sind am Ort Inca schnell erreichbar, teils per Fuß, aber besser mit dem Auto. Die Lage ist traumhaft: unverbaubarer Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge. Die Matratzen waren für mich persönlich zu weich. Das Geschirr hätte etwas sauberer sein können, so mussten wir zunächst erst einmal alles abwaschen.

Sehr authentisches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus direkt am Stadtrand mit wunderschönem Blick und viel Platz. Die Bäder sind neu, in der Küche gibt es alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann, selbst ein großes Sortiment an Gewürzen. Garten und Pool konnten wir wegen der Temperaturen nicht nutzen, aber alles ist perfekt gepflegt und gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns zum Willkommen verschiedenste Lebensmittel und frisches Obst gebracht. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt in einem Park spazieren gehen und mit dem Rad in die Berge starten. Zum nächsten Supermarkt (Agromart) sind es gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

immer wieder gerne!

Sehr gut war, dass wir trotz der Anreise am Sonntag Abend, einen leicht gefüllten Kühlschrank hatten. So konnten wir super bequem 2 Mahlzeiten ohne Hektik einnehmen und in Ruhe den Rest planen. Die Besitzer sind super tolle und nette Menschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir haben keine Beanstandungen.

Die Finca ist toll gelegen, es ist ein ruhiger Ort, ausser die Hunde vom Nachbar und die Jugendlichen im Park unterhalb vom Haus, hat man nichts gehört. Inca ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Es war toll, dass der Kühlschrank bereits mit einigen Leckereien gefüllt war, sowie das Obst auf dem Tisch. Vielen Dank dafür. Einziges zu bemängeln war die Sauberkeit 🫣 Das Badezimmer, besonders das WC im unteren Stock war nicht sauber, man sah noch Spuren. Auch die Küche war nicht gerade sauber, wir mussten den Toaster sowie das Geschirr zuerst waschen. Um den unangenehmen Geruch im Bad (vom Abfluss) zu dämmen, haben wir eine Teetasse auf den Abfluss gestellt, danach war der Geruch nur noch minim vorhanden. Alles in allem, war es ein toller Aufenthalt.
