"Finca Alzina" is located in the countryside, between Inca and Selva, and is the ideal accommodation for a quiet and relaxing holiday with family or friends. This 240 m² house can accommodate 8 people, as it consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms. Additional services include Wi-Fi, fans, air conditioning in the kitchen and living room, a cot and a high chair. From the balcony, as well as from the ground floor, there is an impressive view of the landscape and mountains. The spacious private outdoor area opens onto a garden with covered terraces where you can have breakfast or enjoy a dinner prepared on the barbecue with a glass of wine. Additionally, the saltwater pool measuring 13x3.5 with a minimum depth of 0.90 and a maximum depth of 1.75 invites you to swim before sunbathing on the loungers. The town of Inca is only 5 minutes by car (2.1 km) from the property, and there you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes, while the nearest beach, Playa de Muro, is 25 minutes driving (25 km), near Can Picafort. The lively capital of Mallorca, Palma, as well as the airport, are 35 minutes away.

The property is in a quiet area, without noise, where looking out the windows is seeing an idyllic landscape. Being only 2 km from Inca, you have all the amenities and services you need. Just 25 km away is the Alcudia water park to spend a day with family and friends. Also in Alcudia is the Sunday market and you can visit the well-known Roman old town. Near the property, just 15 km away, is the "Serra de Tramuntana", to enjoy hiking routes through the UNESCO World Heritage mountains.
