This peaceful villa near Inca provides an idyllic retreat, offering a serene and private atmosphere perfect for families of up to 4 guests.



This holiday home is a haven where peace is easily found, and quality time with family is cherished. Located just 5 minutes away by car from the town of Inca, with its restaurants, supermarkets, and shops, the property is also an ideal base for excursions to the mountains, the monastery of Lluc, Sa Calobra, Sóller, or the Puig de Santa Magdalena. In November, the patron saint festivities come alive with cultural and festive celebrations. Within a half-hour drive, you can reach the dreamy beaches of Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. The area is also perfect for cycling enthusiasts, offering scenic routes to explore the picturesque surroundings.



The exterior features a private chlorine pool, measuring 7.5 x 3.5 meters, surrounded by a terrace adorned with four sunbeds, a barbecue, and a spacious dining area equipped with a table and chairs, all bathed in sunlight. The property also provides parking space for 2 cars, a garden with Mediterranean plants, banana trees, and other types of trees. Upon entering the house, you are welcomed into a living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, fast WiFi tailored for remote work, a selection of books, a dining table set, and satellite TV. The kitchen is a highlight, featuring a fantastic dining area with large windows, creating a bright and inviting space. It is well-equipped with an array of utensils, an induction hob, a filter coffee machine, and a wood oven perfect for crafting delicious pizzas.



The house comprises two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, each with a shower and a hairdryer. The property allows for the presence of one dog weighing up to 6 kg. Families with young children are catered to with a provided cot and high chair, while practical amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.





To consider:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night and only during high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by e-mail.



The deposit will be held via credit card and the guest will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
