“Very nice facility, but as with so many "resorts" now, there are many add-on charges beyond what the room rate originally appears. We did have an excellent meal and service at the Osteria Sierra restaurant at the hotel. ”

“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”
