Here, outdoor adventure is guaranteed as several trails are seconds away from your stay. When you aren't busy hiking, sit back and enjoy lake views from the deck, soak in the bubbling warmth of the hot tub, or watch the dancing flames in the firepit. Less than 10 miles from your stay, discover the Historic Stateline Fire Lookout, Sand Harbor, Old Brockway Golf Course, Tahoe Vista Recreation Area, and Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe.
Comfort is curated with ease as you sit down and sip on some hot cocoa in front of the stone fireplace. The chef of your group will absolutely adore the gourmet kitchen's stainless steel appliances, plentiful meal prep space, and ample natural lighting. Family meals can be indulged in at the wooden dining table. After dinner, head for the game room where a vintage arcade system, air hockey table, poker table, and Super Chexx table await hours of fun!
The loft will be well-loved by everyone in the family as it is a perfect spot to watch movies and play board games. Each of the bedrooms ensures continuous nights of restful slumber under soft linens. A private sauna is located off of the primary bedroom and the bathrooms have walk-in showers and heated floors. A private washer/dryer, a space heater, and internet access round out the interior perks.
As the sun begins to set over the trees, head outside and fire up the gas grill to host a delicious meal for your loved ones before gazing up at the stars.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
