“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”

“Amazing view of the lake from the deck. Complex is in the hills. The unit is spacious, dated but comfortable. There was no coffee so we had to drive down to town in the morning. Geeke was communicative and helpful and check-in was easy. ”

“Zachary was very responsive and welcoming. Check in was very quick and simple. The home had very nice amenities - my family enjoyed the sauna and massage chair particularly! Our family of 6 adults stayed comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms fully stocked with travel sized toiletries - which was a nice touch! I would note that although there are 3 bathrooms, there is only 1 shower in the home. The location was conveniently located just minutes away from restaurants and grocery...

“Room was dirty, table wasn't even wiped down, stains all over the chairs. There was mold growing on the carpet under the a/c unit, which was very visible. ”

“Newly renovated with modern room was one of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed in Tahoe. The bed was so comfortable and the TV was huge. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as well. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge which was super convenient. There was a small table with 2 chairs that made it nice to sit at and have a meal. The only thing I would say is that if you’re on the bottom floor you can hear every single footstep and house of the people above you. I did message...
