“Pada pukul 3 pagi, terdapat beberapa tamu yang berbincang-bincang dengan suara keras di luar kamar, namun pihak hotel tidak menindak tegas mereka. kemudian, dikarenakan kamar yang kurang kedap suara, hal itu terdengar jelas hingga ke kamar.”

“Vi fick vänta på rummet länge efter incheknings tid. Personalen bakom reception desk var arroganta och visade inget intresse att hjälpa till. När vi till slut fick rummet o hoppade in i dushen upptäckte vi att det fanns inga handukar. Vi ringde och bad om de, väntade nästan en halv timme innan vi ringde igen. De kom tillslut med de efter en extra 10 minuter....”

“Ik kreeg een rook kamer met blinde muren. Geen ramen. Na 2 nachten kreeg ik op eigen verzoek een rook vrije kamer met uitzicht op zee. Geen extra kosten voor deze upgrade te betalen. Het ontbijt was goed en de bediening prima. Bij check out vanochtend ontbijtje mee gekregen ivm het vroege tijdstip om 5 uur am. ”

“For a budget hotel it was absolutely fine. Quite new still so not grotty. We were at end of corridor but others on floor were very noisy at all hours and sound travelled well! Basic but nice breakfast. Indonesian food and bread/toast with spreads.”

“Booked with Hotels.com. Hotels.com gave my booking away to another company, Expedia. Breakfast was included in my bookingorder with Hotels.com. Hotelstaff had all their information from Expedia, with breakfast not included. Staff had no idea about the existens of Hotels.com. Hotels.com should not give away my booking to another company, without letting me know. If Expedia is the owner of Hotels or vice versa, is of no importance. ”

“The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant...
