“The hotel is clean 😍”

“Here's a polished five-star review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Serena Hotel Kampala was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is truly serene—quiet, relaxing, and beautifully surrounded by nature, creating the perfect environment to unwind. The hygiene standards are outstanding. Without a doubt, this is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, is impeccably...

“Supermysigt ställe. Lite av en oas i Kampala. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gymmet är väl utrustat. Minibaren på rummet hade bara vatten. Hade varit trevligt med ett bredare sortiment. Avgiften för att få en servering till rummet var väldigt hög. 40k UGX extra avgift för en öl som kostade 10k.. ”

“It was a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kampala. Me and my girlfriend stayed there for 3 nights in our large King's size bedroom that was as big as a whole apartment, with two seperate bathrooms so that me and my girls could take care of our businneses privately. The bed was soft and comfy, the AC worked well, and it's good noice isolation in the room. The breakfast buffet and the dinner menu at the hotel was tasty, good quality and affordable. We haven't had the time to check out the...

“Väldigt bra jag är super nöjd överlag och skulle definitivt bo här igen. Jag önskar dock att man skulle kunna öka och sänka rumstemperaturen till önskvärd tw”

“Nice room in an ok hotel. Elevator broken and breakfast a bit limited but the room was very nice and comfortable. ”

“The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the excellent service and the pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely be happy to stay here again!🤗😊”

“It was a fantastic stay, the staffs were so coperative and very helpful. The first day, late night, I was so hungry and the staff went out of his way to buy a food for me. I would recommend to any one for stay in this hotel.”

“Very fast wifi internet. I had serious meetings and was so worried but I was fully covered. The air conditioning system is excellent. Amazing place near the City Centre.”

“Mycket bra. Synd ena löpbandet trasigt. ”

“Fint hotellrum men lite överpris. Dålig service, tex ohjälpsam personal. Som kund kan det vara bra att veta att det ligger en moské nära vars böneutrop hörs tydligt.”
