Comfortable and updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, with easy beach access. Perfect for beach lovers exploring new beaches and/or surfers looking to explore the Space Coast surf spots. Five minute walk from door to sand. Choose between an easy day at the local beach, local spots up and down the coast, or venture out to enjoy the local sites including the Kennedy Space Center, Canaveral National Seashore, Playalinda, Cocoa Beach, downtown Melbourne, Eau Gallie Arts District and various National Wildlife Refuges. Plenty of great trails for hikes, bikes, kayaking and overall Florida exploring. 1-hour from Orlando airport and attractions. Friendly, uncrowded and quiet neighborhood. Visit between May-October to witness the sea turtle nesting season. Great Work From Home option in the Sunshine State.

Home sweet home

We loved staying at this house. It hade everything we needed to spend a day on the beach or relax in the house. I especially enjoyed sitting on the back porch and playing with my dog in the large fenced yard.

Great vacation

The house was very lovely nice neighborhood and location anything that I would change would be the living room furniture it was not very comfortable with four adults couldn't sit and relax and watch TV with all four adults in the same room

Fabulous place

The house was very clean. It was stocked with everything we needed. Very nice neighborhood and so close to the beach. The only slight problem we had was with the television. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay

Perfect family friendly home for a long term (4+ weeks) stay. Comes with all of the beach essentials. Had some additional upgrades from our first stay which was appreciated. Hope to be back in the future!

Felt like home just with a beach

My husband, 2 little dogs, and I stayed at Yvette’s house for a month and it worked out perfectly. It’s an 8-10 minute walk to the beach with a safety crosswalk to get there-very easy. Beautiful minimalist beach house that felt like old Florida. The house was very uncluttered with plenty of room for our things like suitcases and dog beds placed here and there. Extremely comfy king bed and bedding. My husband loved the height-adjusting desk so now we have to buy one at home. He was very comfortable working every day from Yvette’s house. A nice plus was the big backyard for the dogs to run around in. The neighborhood felt very safe, and everyone was so nice and waved to us as we walked the dogs. It’s in an area that has plenty of restaurants nearby and is right between Publix and Winn Dixie for groceries. I really have no negatives to say about it! We had everything we needed in a safe area near the beach for the right price. What more can you ask for?

Perfect living

My grandparents stayed here and I set up the arrangements because they do not have the internet. They stayed at this lovely home for a month. The house was so well kept and had everything for a month long stay. The house was beautifully decorated. It was so perfectly close to the beach! The hostess is doing such a wonderful job and was so helpful with the process.

All we can say is WOW!!

This house was amazing!! Clean, updated, and so close to all the beaches on the coast!! My husband and I stayed for the month of February and had an absolutely wonderful experience!! The owner Yvette was so pleasant to work with. We plan to visit this rental again!!

Beautiful home close to the beach

We absolutely loved Yvette’s home. It’s in an amazing location off of A1A and very close to the beach, Publix/supermarket, and local restaurants. Home was super clean and fully equipped for beach activities (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.). It was the perfect space for our family of 3 which included a home office with a standing desk and a huge backyard. She was a super responsive host whenever we needed to get in contact with her. We really enjoyed our 7 week stay and we hope to be back!
