All are very clean and modern, all smelling strongly of a lemon-flavored cleaning detergent. They have buffet restaurants with high-standard food and are in general clean and well managed. I choose Lemon Tree whenever I can because I know I will get a standard I am satisfied with.

âThe hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Staff is very service minded. Room shows some signs of wear and tear but are clean. The Aruba WiFi access point is placed in a way that the green flashing light shines in the face of whoever is lying in the bed and disturbes sleep.â

"This place is an absolute scam. If we hadnât had a flight within 12 hours, I would have walked out immediately. The conditions were disgusting and unsafe.
The room was filthy â no towels provided, dirty and trashy bed linen (see the picture), and cockroaches running across the floor. The place was also swarming with mosquitoes, making it impossible to rest. It did not feel secure at all, and hygiene was completely absent.
To make matters worse, it seems this property operates under multiple names, clearly trying to dodge bad reviews. This is not just misleading â itâs deceptive.
Weâve stayed in other basic, budget-friendly places during our trip, and weâre not picky travelers â but this was something else entirely. This place is unacceptable on every level.
Hotels.com should seriously reconsider listing this property. It does not meet even the most basic standards and damages trust in their platform."
