  • Beläget i den vackra Indian Harbour Beach, Florida i centrala Brevard County, erbjuder vi gästerna en avkopplande vistelse. Alla våra enheter vetter direkt mot havet och ger en vacker havsutsikt! Varje enhet är ett vackert dekorerat 2 sovrum / 2 bad villa. Denna lägenhet på 1350 sf ligger i Indian Harbour Beach Club på sjätte våningen. Detta lägenhetskomplex vid stranden är en dold pärla som de flesta inte känner till. De som vet om det, bokar vanligtvis sina rum ett år i förväg. Det är täckt och öppen parkering. Och på insidan är masterbadet och gästbadet fullt utrustat med alla nödvändigheter. Sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. (kom bara ihåg att packa dina strandhanddukar!) Plasma-TV finns i vardagsrummet, sovrummet och gästrummet. Innehåll levereras av DirectTV och gratis filmkanaler tillhandahålls. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du kan förvänta dig. Kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, spis, kaffekanna, mixer, brödrost etc. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och rummet har två enkelsängar. Tvättstugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare med stor kapacitet. Komplexet har också en uppvärmd pool, blandningsplaner, gasgrill utomhus och en tvättplats.

    Vi ligger bara 8. 8 miles och 19 minuter från Melbourne International Airport, som betjänas av Delta Airlines och US Airways.

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean. It was great to have beach chairs, towels, and beach toys for the kids to play with. Any amenity you could possibly need was a short distance away. I am already thinking about booking for Father's Day next year!

Great overall

We chose this unit because we wanted to be on the ocean. It had a great view, was very clean, and is an overall nice place. The bonus was the covered parking. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we are back in the area.

Wonderful Stay

Our mini vacation was great! The condo was beautiful and had so many extra things like sand toys and floats that could be enjoyed. The view was spectacular and we got to see a rocket launch from the balcony.

Wonderful Beach

Property was accommodating , lots of beach toys and comfortable condo. Awesome beach and easy access to stores / restaurants. We even saw a rocket launch from the balcony!! Only feedback is there needs to be more towels across the board and ants are an issue in the kitchen. Thanks for an Overall awesome family beach front condo accommodations!

Perfect beach condo

This is the perfect beach condo. Everything was as advertised and more. Access and checkin was easy and they were expecting us. The communication from the outset was spot on and concise and easy to follow. We loved the shopping carts to help you unload your car in one go. That’s is a fantastic idea. The room was great and the king bed was very comfortable with views of the ocean.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay! The only thing we did not love was the one parking spot. We had some friends come to visit and without a parking spot designated for guests, they parked in an open spot without the room number but still received a letter saying they would be towed if they didn’t have a guest parking pass. The office was closed to even ask for one.

Indian Harbour Beach condo vacation

The property is great with a fantastic view of the ocean, beach and the pool. Management and maintenance staff are courteous and helpful during your stay.

Great stay. We will be back.

Easy check in, instructions were clear. A clean, safe, and spacious place with an incredible view. They have two beach chairs and umbrellas which was great because we brought two chairs of our own. Restaurants and grocery stores all around and steps away from the beach. My wife and kids really enjoyed themselves. We will be back.

Cleanliness

The place was not as clean as they say pillowcases,sheetes. had to be washed.old food was around night stand in master bed room many counters are greased Kitchen pots and pans need to be changed they are over used .but beach was good weather was great ..by the way we cleaned the unit before check out we left it cleaner than we got it Thank you see you next time ..

Family Vacation

The condo was clean, well stocked and felt like a home away from home! We enjoyed both the pool and steps away from the beach. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. It was the perfect family vacation and we hope to return! Thank you!

Great place ocean front with convenience of pool and sea

Great place. Mattress in master bed is old (unit 602). Ok for a few days. Not as clean as we would like, but good enough. The sea and pool are at your footsteps. Very convenient. The covered parking for 1 car is nice. Nice area. The beach is almost perfect and my family enjoyed it. I would go back.

The Condo was in excellent condition with everything we could have needed. The view is great. We had a lovely, relaxing stay. We were far enough away from the public beach that it was not crowded at all. We would certainly stay here again!

Space Coast Baseball Tournament Vacation

Commute to Space Coast Complex was easy. This location is great if you wish to stay somewhere other than Cocoa Beach.
