“I assume the facility was short staffed during the month of June/July. House keeping was poor and checkin was long. Worst experience was leaving...after car was pulled from valet, my wife had to wait for me to finish checking out because the two gentlemen working the valet would not bother to load the luggage.”

“Toilet would not flush every time it was used. Hit or miss. Asked the front desk for help and the desk attendant’s only advice was to try to flush it again. When I told her that would make it over flow, an employee that was socializing in the lobby said he would plunge it. When it happened again, they just gave us the plunger to deal with it. Safe did not work. When asked for help, employee came to look at it, he just said he didn’t have any knowledge on how to fix it. Then explained they fired...
