âOne issue was when I called guest service and operator to inquire about something the call was not answered due to reduced staffing. They should make sure to answer ph calls from rooms always promptly. â
âGreat hotell, great service, great staff. Breakfast is large and with many different options, indian, asian and western style. Rooms are large and stylish.
The trafik around it fan be noicy so if you are sensitive regarding noice upgrade to a garden room. There is a nice pool on the roof but this time it was a bit neglected (dirty floors leading to it, towels laying around etc). Overall a very nice hotell.â
âThe property is vwey well maintained, the staff are very polite .and food is good.
The selection in the breakfast is fine , but can be improved. â

âHotellet Ă€r fantastiskt. Servicen Ă€r toppen och det finns restauranger för alla smaker, men inte för alla plĂ„nböcker. Var beredd pĂ„ att det kostar. LĂ€get Ă€r inte optimalt heller. Det ser man ju för all del nĂ€r man bokar, men det Ă€r vĂ€rt att tĂ€nka pĂ„. NĂ€sta gĂ„ng bokar jag ett hotell nĂ€rmare centrum.â
â2 night stop before flying from the airport. A nice hotel, friendly service and complementary breakfast, which is delivered to your room and resembles an airline type meal. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Good Wifi and AC. Very close to the metro (8 minute walk) and then 5 stops (15 minutes) to the airport, which is the reason I chose this hotel. If you turn right out of the hotel, that road literally has many dinning local options and snack shops, couldn't have asked for...
âTo my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. Please contact this hotel directly for any booking. Thanks!â
