âThe hotel was beautiful. Very clean, spacious. The negative was the breakfast. There was very little food for 8 am in the morning. Nothing was replenished. There was a man working in the kitchen but not replenishing any hot food. People were coming in to eat but there wasn't any thing there. A shame because the hotel was wonderful. They should be better at breakfast

âThe property was well maintained.Change and the beds comfortable and clean. Wide selection of options for breakfast. The only issue was we were in a handicapped room and had trouble getting out. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was...
âWe are driving around the US, and this was a cozy one night stop along the road. It is what you expect from a nice roadside motel: clean, comfortable and with fantastic service from the owner. She recommended the farmer's market across the road, and New Paris has a couple of affordable antique shops if you want to pass some time. Would stay again!â
âHotel room was very roomy. It was the king with the couch. Lots of floor space. Large tv, however it didn't have a channel guide, so I spent forever trying to find something. It did have a really nice tv. Property was very nice and clean. Pool ladder was missing the bottom step and the top step was missing a bolt on one side so it wasn't much use. Could be a safety issue. Tre hotel is near railroad tracks that are fairly busy and it was very noticeable in the room we had. Didn't notice any noise...

âEnding our vacation with this hotel on the way home for one night, this is our 4th hotel throughout our vacation , the cheapest and the best out of all of them! Staff was nice, check in was fast, lots of parking. Areas around hotel are nice. Felt safe. Room was clean, shower was good. Work out room was ok, pool seemed fine but didnât use it. Definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. â
