Such a nice place with a great room, breakfast with local specialities and a stunning pool area placed between olive trees and a nice view to the hills of Puglia. The owner, Marilia, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the service was excellent at all times. âThis apartment is a great base to explore polignano a mare. It is clean and well located. However, the staff do not speak any English and there is much to be desired in terms of organisation. We had to wait 2 hours to have access to our room from check in time. We had to adjust our plans to facilitate this and had to wait nearby with all of our luggage. âFirst I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans. It was not equipped with what you would assume in a beach area would have. There was no beach towels no blow dryer, no iron, no soap for the laundry. There is small...
âWe had a wonderful stay in the âTabaccoâ room. The room was spacious and clean. Towels were provided and the air conditioner worked very well. The room is exactly what was pictured on Expedia and was very good value for the money. Breakfast was included at a cute little cafe about a two minute walk from the room. Check in was easy and I was able to contact the owner if needed. I would definitely recommend this room to other travellers!â
