âWe booked this hotel for one night based only on previous positive reviews on Hotels.com. We found out that all good that was said by others was true.
We used the hotel's busines centre computer to order tickets for an event in Chicago, but it turned out that we could only pring e-mails, not PDF files. Panic! Did we just waste over 400 USD? The lovely ladys Tammy and Paula did everything they could to help us with our problem, and after a while they succeeded in printing our tickets. Service...
âCheck-in was good, was able to check in a little early which was super helpful. Room was clean, and cool temperature when we walked in, bed was comfy, nice to have fridge and microwave. Very nice stay. â
âStaff was excellentâfriendly and helpful. Room was very clean with comfortable bed. Pet area was well maintained and enjoyed by my Shih Tzu. Breakfast was very good ,also.â

âRoom was cleanâ only stayed two nights so not sure if they donât clean/replace towels for short stays but this wasnât done during my stay. You have to pay extra for the breakfast so I canât tell you how that was. The gym facilities were good. â
âAs you would expect when you pay a little more you get a little more. A little more quality a little more quite a little more cleaner a little more pleasant. Note that this isnât a $350 a night Marriott. This is run and managed by a third party. Still much better value vs whatâs around in the area. Staff is amazing. â

"When i arrived i was given a room in which the heating did not work but the staff quickly

"Great staff but only one working when checking in and one when checking out made it take time and for this level of hotel there should always be resources to add.
The room is like all other chain hotel, itÂŽs like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed.
The resort fee is a ridiculous scam that to many hotels charge. Things that other hotels include in the room price but mostly in the US is an add on. However, Swissotel actually gave credit that could be used for breakfast and dry cleaning so the 25+tax could be used in some ways.
The automatic elevators was a big plus, waiting time short and effective use of the elevators, more hotels should have this setup"
"As a swede, my opinon is that hotels in US can differ so much in quality, but this hotel is really a gem! Very clean, fresh and a great feeling everywhere. Friendly staff, great gym and in general a high quality experience. We booked with breakfast, and the breakfast is worth its price. Overall, a really great experience!"
