“The brekfast was really good, excellent omelets. Very nice and happy staff, the gym was okay, could use heavyer wieghts but it was absolutely fine for a hotel gym. I really liked my stay, big room, nice bed and awesome and helpful staff. ”

“Bathroom was gross, hair on shower (not from us) and needed maintenance on walls. The TV doesn’t have streaming options such as Netflix or Disney to log into. The TV also turns on and off whenever it wants to. The TV has spotty service for local tv stations. A lot of money for parking for an oversized vehicle”

“The room was great, clean and renovated. The WIFI was down multiple times during my stay, the hotel was understaffed for 2 known conventions in town, the elevators were inoperable on multiple occasions during my stay.”

“I arrived to check in after I booked a specific room, I was told that I had been upgraded and was not going to be staying in the style of room I booked. The room that I had booked was not available. It’s not an upgrade if I don’t want it. I asked to speak to the hotel manager, after speaking with the manager I was informed they only had a king version of the room I booked instead of the two double beds. I agreed to take that room and then was asked to step back while a discussion was carried out...

“We had reservations to spend one night here and fly away on our vacation. Due to a car accident we had to cancel our flight and spend one more night. The staff were so kind. I had spent the morning on n the phone and missed breakfast. They brought me fruit and yogurt. This was such a nice place. If I ever get another chance to travel I’ll be back!”

“Arrived to find out they sold my room (2 queen beds), and I was stuck with a King room for 4 people. The desk clerk advised that since I booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could do; I had to contact Expedia to resolve. The room was not very clean. The breakfast was not great, as they were always out of everything, and they did not restock. I waited 20 minutes for coffee, but they never refilled.
