To respect the home and neighbours, parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
Only registered guests are allowed—maximum capacity is 14 people.
Unauthorized guests or pets may incur a minimum fee of $500 per unregistered guest or pet, per night.
Evidence of a party or significant damage may result in a minimum $1000 fee.

No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms:
Help us preserve the quality of the rooms by keeping all food and drinks in the common areas.

Supervision of Children:
For everyone's safety, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the stay.

Furniture & Cleanliness:
We kindly ask that you do not move the furniture and that you leave the space tidy upon departure.

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Courtesy:
We love our peaceful neighborhood and ask that you help us maintain it by observing quiet hours after 11 PM.
We use noise-monitoring devices (that measure decibel levels only, not conversations). Sustained noise over 85 dB for 10 minutes after quiet hours will trigger a gentle reminder. Continued violations may result in a minimum $1000 fine.
