Master Suite: King bed + walk-in closet + ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower)

Upstairs Common Room: Sofa bed + rollaway spring bed available

Main Bathroom: Shower/tub combo + butler’s closet stocked with extra linens

The owner maintains a private storage closet in the downstairs half bath (not available to guests).

Quiet, upcoming residential neighborhood — with free parking on the street. Everything is easily accessible by car or rideshare (Uber, Lyft).

Our Hot tub is maintained every Monday morning. The technician enters from the backyard and will not enter the house.

• Please respect our neighbors, local wildlife, and the peaceful atmosphere. Noise travels easily across the desert landscape, and neighbors are very mindful of quiet hours.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• The maximum occupancy is 12 guests, no additional visitors are permitted.
• Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed anywhere on the property.
• We welcome one well-behaved pet with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure your pet is supervised and cleaned up after at all times.


Owner has a storage closet in the half bath downstairs. Access to this closet is not permitted.

The front door is a self check-in smart lock. The door to the garage rec room is a hard key made available to you inside.

Please note that our hot tub is serviced weekly on Mondays.
